Shipping policy

We ship using Canada Post, UPS, and our own local delivery service. Edmonton customers in certain areas can get their orders the same day if they're placed before 6 PM. Our local deliveries run between 10 AM and 8 PM, and the cutoff for same-day delivery is 6 PM. You'll need to show ID when your order arrives. We'll calculate your shipping cost after you order, and you'll be responsible for that charge. Delivery times are just estimates and could change. We'll email you tracking information when your order is ready to go. We only ship within Canada.

Shipping fees are determined after placing the order and will be charged to the customer. Delivery times provided are estimates and subject to change. Once your order is packaged, we'll send an email with your tracking details. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Costs:

• Local Same-Day Delivery: A $10 fee applies to orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free delivery.
• Mail and Courier Shipping: A flat $20 fee is charged for orders under $100. Orders of $100 and up ship free.
• Store Pickup: Free of charge.
